A Personal Note
I Spent Years Doing The Right Things In The Wrong Order
I was a Certified Nurse Midwife. I understood medicine better than most. I had access to doctors, testing, and protocols that most people never get to try. And I still spent years getting worse instead of better.
I did chelation for three years thinking I was healing my body. What I did not understand at the time was that the heavy metals in my body were there because my mineral matrix was depleted and my body needed a workaround. By pulling the metals out without replacing the minerals underneath them, I was creating a deeper deficiency on top of an existing one.
I did aggressive detox protocols on a body that had no raw materials to actually run a detox process. I tried killing protocols when my drainage pathways were not even open. I followed advice from practitioners who were charging me thousands of dollars and getting me nowhere.
What nobody told me was that the body has a very specific logic to how it heals. And when you work against that logic, even with the best intentions and the most expensive protocols, the body pushes back. Hard.
