The Hypermobility Pillars with Alex Bucko

The Hypermobility Pillars is an 8-month, systems-based educational program designed for individuals with EDS or hypermobility who want a deeper, clearer understanding of how their body actually works.

Rather than chasing symptoms or isolated protocols, this program walks through the full landscape of hypermobility as a whole-body condition—addressing the mental, emotional, biochemical, digestive, circadian, physical, and structural factors that shape symptoms over time.

This program is designed to provide clarity, pacing, and context so participants can better understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable decisions about their care.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF:

• You have EDS or suspect a hypermobility spectrum disorder
• You feel overwhelmed or confused by conflicting advice
• You want to understand why your body responds the way it does
• You are tired of one-size-fits-all protocols
• You want education that honors complexity without overwhelm
• You value depth, integration, and long-term support

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Over 8 months, we will explore the following pillars:

  1. Mental factors and stress physiology

  2. Emotional patterns and nervous system load

  3. Environmental influences

  4. Quantum and circadian biology

  5. Biochemical foundations
    • Genes and SNPs
    • Nutrient dynamics
    • Toxic burden

  6. Digestive health and absorption

  7. Physical capacity and movement tolerance

  8. Structural integrity and support

Each pillar builds on the last, creating a cohesive framework for understanding hypermobility as an integrated system rather than a collection of unrelated symptoms.
